1. Job Description
In charge of recruiting IT positions
- Implement the recruitment work according to the agreed plan each month and when it arises
- Search and propose effective recruitment channels
- Participate in setting up job descriptions for vacancies
- Screening resumes, contacting candidates, arranging interview schedules and directly participating in interviews
- Announce interview results to successful candidates and send thank you letters to unsuccessful candidates
- Maintain and improve recruitment process
2. Job Requirements
- Male/Female over 22 years old
- College graduate or above in related majors
- Having 6 months or more experience working in a recruitment position, Preference will be given to candidates with experience in recruiting IT positions.
- Proficient in the use of office software and social networks
- Agility, creativity
- Able to work independently
