Implement the personnel recruitment plan according to the plan and targets assigned by the Head/Deputy of the Recruitment Department:
- Conduct sourcing and attracting candidates: contacting employment service partners, headhunters, newspapers, job placement centers, colleges, universities, etc.
- Receive, classify, screen candidates' resumes from different sources, contact and schedule in all interviews.
- Direct interview for the pre-qualification round.
- Prepare work reports as required.
- Responsible for recruiting positions at the request of superiors
- Check the candidate's work history before accepting the job.
- Support new employees to integrate into the working environment of the Group.
- Monitor & remind the Head of Department about the probationary evaluation for employees. Monitor the probationary process of all new employees.
- Participating in the construction of recruitment and candidate evaluation tools.
- Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.
Implement and participate in the activities of building and promoting the HR brand for the Group:
- Participating in drafting and contributing ideas in programs to attract talents and promote the Group's human resources brand.
- Directly implement HR events: Job fairs, cooperation programs with HR partners, etc.
Participating in human resource management, developing human resource development strategies, and a number of other tasks in the Group's Human Resources Department:
- Participate in and contribute ideas in the process of building processes and forms on recruitment and human resources of the Group.
- Prepare and complete missing job descriptions.
- Other tasks assigned by superiors.
