Receiving, synthesizing recruitment needs and making monthly recruitment plans.
Support the head of the department in planning recruitment and implementing the plan after it is reviewed by the director of human resources and approved by the general manager.
Search and develop effective recruitment channels.
Participate in analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of each recruitment channel.
Search, update, and manage databases and profiles of potential candidates so they can be accessed when needed
Prepare, post recruitment notices and monitor recruitment status on recruitment channels.
Monitor recruitment progress and periodically report recruitment results to departments.
Receiving and screening candidate applications.
Make a list of interviews, contact candidates, arrange interviews and summarize interview results.
Inform human resources staff about successful candidates to carry out admission procedures.
Coordinate with heads of departments to guide integration and orientation training for new employees

University graduate, majoring in human resource management, labor management, business administration, economics, law, social sciences or equivalent.
