Job Description

1. Recruitment:
- Receiving recruitment needs and planning recruitment.
- Organize the implementation of the recruitment process, including: posting job postings on websites and groups to achieve the quantity and quality of profile for each job posting.
- Screening records and reports to ask for opinions of the Board of Directors about the records to schedule interviews, announce interview results and welcome candidates when they come to interview or accept a job.
- Giving comments and suggestions to improve the process to optimize recruitment activities in order to recruit the most effective and cost-effective for the Company.
- Exploiting & searching for sources of recruitment candidates on all channels online, offline, FB, zalo, etc. to ensure a rich and diverse number of candidates for each job posting.
- Set up and store candidate database to look up the application process, interview, results, ....
- Making recruitment results report
2. Training:
- Disseminate regulations, orientations and company culture to employees.
- Conduct personnel training sessions as required by the Board of Directors
