- Develop recruitment process, post job advertisements, receive applications, and screen applications. Support in organizing interviews and candidate evaluation.
- Build and develop recruitment channels and sources through posting and promoting recruitment information
- Develop salary, bonus and KPI policies for all employees
- Plan and organize Company activities: Teambuilding, festivals, travel,...
- Make daily, weekly, monthly reports... send to superiors.
