Make phone calls to convince customers to pay overdue loans according to the allocated amount, following the call script according to regulations.
Update call history and customer information on the system;
Plan to monitor the customer list in order of priority to recover overdue loans;
Monitor customers' daily payment schedules;
Detect, check and report to management of special cases (fraud, scams...);
Support and consult customers when needed according to role and responsibilities;
Participate in performing other tasks as assigned by the Unit Head.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from high school or higher ;
Have at least 06 months of experience in similar positions ;
Have good communication & negotiation skills with Customers;
Able to concentrate effectively on work;
Careful, highly compliant and disciplined in work;
Good health, active, enthusiastic, able to withstand high work pressure, clear and easy-to-listen voice.
Working hours: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., from Monday to Saturday morning
Work location: 43 - 45 Thao Dien, City. Thu Duc (Old District 2), City. HCM
