- Receive and handle customer requests, advise customers on repair, maintenance, warranty, replacement of spare parts, installation of car accessories.
- Perform customer requirements such as: Quotation of spare parts, accessories and repair work, replacement of spare parts, drafting contract. Coordinate with customers to thoroughly check, diagnose and confirm the damaged condition of the vehicle before receiving the vehicle into the Workshop. Explain to customers the causes of damage, spare parts to be replaced and solutions to overcome, service time and arising problems (if any).
- Coordinate with the Manager to arrange the work order, calculate the appropriate time to schedule an appointment to deliver the car to the customer.
