Specific tasks:- Receive recruitment requests from managers and search for candidates on job search platforms
- Design images, banners, Job Ads,... to attract potential candidates
- Search and proactively approach potential candidates
- Conduct preliminary interviews and arrange interview schedules for candidates
- Taking care of candidates during the Onboarding process
- Report recruitment results to management
