Job description:
- Manage and operate the store's business activities to ensure the achievement of monthly/yearly sales targets.
- Support sales, arrange reasonable product display, manage and control goods
- Manage personnel working at the store: training, arranging work schedules, checking work, assessing capacity, resolving conflicts.
- Manage cash fund, facilities at the store, Daily revenue and expenditure report.
- Order, manage and coordinate goods.
- Collecting report data at the store, sending periodic reports to direct manager.
- Responsible for periodic inventory of goods according to the company's regulations.
- Implement new policies on goods and Company policies to store employees.
Job requirements:
-Experience from 6 months - 1 year or more in the same position
-Graduated from high school or higher
-From age
- Female, good looking, doesn't speak dialect
- Have a progressive spirit, good communication skills, good listening skills
- Have good consulting ability
- Hardworking, responsible and dedicated to work, able to arrange.
