JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop plans to complete sales goals and increase revenue assigned to the Store by the Company
- Monitor and check activities related to revenue (cash, card money, monitor, compare, pay money and invoices to the Company)
- Managing personnel working at the store including: training, arranging work schedules, urging work inspection, assessing capacity, and resolving employee situations
- Ensure the store's service standards so that customers are always satisfied with the quality of service and the dedicated and thoughtful care of each employee.
- Management of import and export of goods; Manage the quantity of inventory, defective goods, near-dated goods, fast-selling and slow-selling goods and make a handling plan to send to the Department Head
- Ensure facilities, security, hygiene and Store image
- Carry out periodic reports, arising reports and archive documents according to regulations
- Follow the work assignment of the Department Head.
- Working hours: 8 hours/day, 1 day off/week.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Female aged 26 - 42 years old, graduated from College or higher majoring in economics and business administration.
- Minimum 03 years of working experience (preferred in the field of fashion, retail, cosmetics,...) in a similar position.
- Have knowledge of retail store operations, merchandise management, human resource management,...
- Honest, enthusiastic, proactive, sociable and loves fashion
