* Ensure the Branch's sales targets according to the Corporation's regulations
- Develop and implement the Branch's business plans and strategies, ensure sales targets are met, and be responsible to the General Director for assigned results and targets.
* Develop markets and expand customer relationships
- Represent the Company to attend local events, maintain and develop a network of relationships with businesses and partners, creating conditions for effective market exploitation and building personal brands - Company professional company.
- Implement business plans and customer gratitude to achieve unit development goals and expand customer relationships.
* Build and manage an effective branch staff team:
- Develop recruitment, training and skills/knowledge plans for Branch employees.
- Supervise, urge, support and promptly guide the Branch's teams and individuals to achieve sales goals.
- Maintain and develop corporate culture consistent with GFDI's general culture.
* Monitor and manage Branch expenses
- Coordinate closely with the Finance and Accounting department to monitor and control the Branch's costs.
- Coordinate with the Business Development Department to monitor the Unit's sales.
- Responsible for all work related to the branch, reporting and advising the Board of Directors promptly.
- Management and leadership: Minimum 03 years holding management and executive positions;
- Experience in Finance, Banking or related industries: Minimum 02 years; Special priority is given to those who have experience working as Branch Managers at Banks or Finance/Insurance Companies;
- Have expertise in the financial field, have the ability to identify opportunities and develop systems.
- Have necessary relationships in the field of operations and understand the financial market.
- Ability to plan strategies, develop customers and markets.
- Leadership, risk management, change management, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- University degree in economics, banking and finance, business administration or equivalent.
- Management and leadership: Minimum 03 years holding management and executive positions;
- Experience in Finance, Banking or related industries: Minimum 02 years; Special priority is given to those who have experience working as Branch Managers at Banks or Finance/Insurance Companies;
