- Assess and identify training needs to effectively coordinate training programs currently or about to be offered (Training areas: Telesales, Customer care, payroll personnel, bridge engineer, distribution engineer, etc.) professional analysis (BA)...).
- Oversaw the planning, prioritization and development of new training programs and initiatives, ensuring that these programs and initiatives align with the strategies, goals and needs of the organization. Center.
- Plan and organize enrollment according to the plan set out by the Center.
- Lead the creation of training materials and content for training programs.
Conduct research, approve and make further recommendations for appropriate learning management systems and databases.
- Conduct analysis to identify current and future training needs.
- Develop strategies to improve engagement, promote engagement programs, and partner with units in need with training areas.
- Implement communication strategies that utilize all available channels to convey the value of the Center, encouraging and driving the need for professional enhancement.
