JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare and organize the implementation of the Company's business plan on a yearly/quarterly/monthly basis
- Collect, analyze and evaluate market information and make suggestions and recommendations to accomplish the set business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and expand markets.
- Approve and control sales contracts according to the Company's regulations
- Build and develop customer service
- Build and maintain good, sustainable relationships with customers
- Manage the Company's business activities to ensure compliance with the Company's regulations
- Approve the group's business plan
- Train employees to ensure adequate supply of human resources for the company within the scope of responsibility
- Develop KPI policy and welfare policy for human resource system in business
- Product positioning relative to competitors.
- Experience in project management
- Report on the Company's business activities to the Board of Directors and General Director
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Business management ability, business vision & strategy
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of sales staff in the organization.
- Listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position
