- Manage and build sales staff, monitor and motivate to achieve growth and sales goals
• Search for potential customers; make phone calls to meet, advise and introduce to customers about the company's financial products and services, including bonds . Guide procedures and complete bond transaction documents for customers according to regulations
• Answer customers' questions about products and purchase and sale procedures during customer care; take care of customers according to the company's general program.
• Maintain customer relationships, perform customer care work to ensure customer satisfaction with services.
• Record and transfer customer suggestions and complaints to relevant units
• Participating in building, proposing to improve internal processes, coordinating with related departments/departments in bond business to improve work efficiency
• Participating in sales campaigns, promoting product distribution results

JOB REQUIREMENTS • Graduated from University with majors: Economics, Finance, Banking, Real Estate...
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in Banking, Securities, Finance, Real Estate, Insurance,....
• Mastering the knowledge of macroeconomics and financial markets
• Basic understanding of legal knowledge about the financial market and can effectively apply it to work
• Knowledge of bond business, bond valuation and can effectively apply it to work
• Having good analytical thinking, logically explaining the strengths and weaknesses of business plans.
• Active communication, persuasive and easy-to-listen voice.
