JOB PURPOSE:

1. Build and ensure the quality of goods sold to the market reaches 100% of the required quality

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Manage and operate all activities at the Company's factory according to assigned functions and tasks
2. Organize work assignment, urge and supervise departments to ensure on schedule and quality according to standards.
3. Evaluate, monitor and determine the quality of products leaving the factory
4. Monitor delivery progress
5. Monitor purchased goods
6. Manage customer complaint resolution and handling of non-conforming goods
7. Preside over the construction and development of new formulas and products according to customer needs and market development
8. Closely monitor the factory's import and export data
9. Monitor factory costs: including salaries of employees and factory staff (including main salary and overtime, including average labor cost and value/kg of product), costs of wastage of raw materials, supplies, electricity - water, mud waste,...
10. Manage labor regulations and security and order issues at the factory
11. Manage compliance with the use of factory labor protection
12. Manage the factory according to 5S, ISO standards, ... in accordance with the actual work of the factory
13. Manage assets, machinery, and factory facilities
14. Maintain safe and economical inventory of raw materials and finished products
15. Control production norms, sample making norms, and sample approval
16. Manage administrative operations and factory human resource management
17. Lead, draft, and coordinate the development of documents related to the factory's work activities
18. Evaluate work performance and production plans of the factory periodically by month, quarter, and year.
19. Report work to the General Director of the Company periodically and unexpectedly as required.
