- Planning to recruit, train and develop human resources for the corporation.
- Develop, supplement and complete processes, regulations and policies applied to the corporation.
- Building and applying IT to manage and keep records and reports of the Human Resources Department, including the management system of salary, benefits, .. of all employees.
- Build organizational culture.
- Supervising the recruitment process for all personnel.
- Supervision of exit interviews.
- Supervising and guiding the staff of the Human Resources Department.
- Implement new employee orientation and improve employee relations.
- Handling complaints and violations.
- Anticipate and resolve litigation risks.
- Other duties as requested by superiors.
