- Ensure sales, output, coverage at customers in charge assigned from RSM/GDKD

- Develop sales plan, coverage of each SKU for each employee and customer (month, quarter, year);

- Together with Trade marketing deploying Marketing activities for the customers in charge or according to the general campaign of the company;

- Make reports on revenue, output, competitors, coverage according to department regulations

- Participating in the recruitment and evaluation of personnel within the area of responsibility

- Proposing employee evaluation criteria (KPIs) for management level RSM/GDKD
|
- Perform other tasks as required by ASM/RSM/GDKD/Board of Directors;
