Job Description


- Responsible for all activities of personnel in charge and business performance in the management area.
  1. Ensure sales, output, coverage at customers in charge assigned from RSM/GDKD
  1. Develop sales plan, coverage of each SKU for each employee and customer (month, quarter, year);
  1. Train, motivate and motivate the sales and sales force in the area in charge to achieve or exceed the targets in sales, products, display, coverage and penetration of products. .
  1. Together with trade marketing, PC leaders deploy and control the display of goods and images at the point of sale
  1. Collect market information, research competitors, then propose new product development, sales policy, Marketing policy, After-sales policy...;
  1. Together with Trade marketing deploying Marketing activities for the customers in charge or according to the general campaign of the company;
  1. Make reports on revenue, output, competitors, coverage according to department regulations
  1. Participating in the recruitment and evaluation of personnel within the area of responsibility
  1. Proposing employee evaluation criteria (KPIs) for management level RSM/GDKD
  1. Perform other tasks as required by ASM/RSM/GDKD/Board of Directors;
