- This position is responsible for implementing the company's maximum sales strategies: training sales staff to implement and maintain dominant product visibility in 100% of stores in the region In charge of the general trade channel.
- Achieving all sales goals: Opening distributors, customer data, recruiting / training sales staff, visiting the store daily, reporting market information in your area of responsibility .
- On-site training of sales staff to implement and maintain the dominant product display in all stores in the area of responsibility.
- Recruit/manage/motivate sales staff, set clear and appropriate goals including vision requirements, sales commitments, roadmap plans, etc.
- Select and manage professional distributors.
- Maintain daily market survey with sales staff to strengthen customer relationship and supervise sales staff.
- Planning a roadmap, an overall insurance plan to increase the strength of the retail distributor.
- Report to the regional sales manager all feedback activities from the market / competitor activities for follow-up in the business.
- Monitor to ensure compliance with policies of sales representatives for the company and distributors.
