Job description * Sales staff management:
- Arrange working schedule for sales staff under their management on a weekly basis.
- Check the working hours of employees.
- Check and supervise the attitude and working spirit of each of its employees.
- Train and coach employees under their management.
* Monitor and monitor the situation:
- Capture daily sales revenue.
- Resolve customer complaints.
* Store manager:
- Manage store assets.
- Hygiene inspection.
- Make daily report, weekly report submitted to Area Manager.
- Checking and preserving goods, taking stock of goods every month.
