- Recruiting and training new employees on business products; and regulations of Lotte Finance
- Make a business plan and execute it according to the set plan
- Distributing work to team members
- Support and help employees in the group to achieve the target
- Motivate and motivate the team to perform well
- Coordinate with other departments to handle arising problems
- Make suggestions to protect the interests of the company as well as employees

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduating from college or higher
- At least 1 year of experience in team management, preferably UV in the field of Finance, Banking and related economic sectors
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the field of cash installment loans
- Passion and enthusiasm for the business
- Able to work under pressure
- Understanding the application area
- Honest, straightforward and responsible in work
- Creative thinking and problem solving
