- Posting - developing job postings to find and attract candidates;
- Searching for candidates through channels, relationships, forums, career orientation activities, ......;
- Carrying out the reception of new employees;
- Record keeping: candidate information, labor contracts, personal records of employees;
- Performing Timekeeping, calculating wages for Employees and settling Labor Relations related to Profession;
- Organize activities to take care of employees' lives according to approved plans and policies;
- Monitor and provide essential VPP for the Company and related departments in a timely and timely manner;
- Report work by day/week/month upon request from Management;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.
