- In charge of personnel recruitment for the Company.
- Post recruitment, receive, screen applications and coordinate with Department Head to organize interviews and select suitable candidates according to plan.
- Notify interview results to candidates.
- Drafting labor contracts, official dispatches, notices, and company decisions (templates available)
- Monitor, store and update personnel data information and legal records of the Company.
- Monitor monthly attendance
- In charge of social insurance: reporting increases, decreasing, sickness benefits, maternity benefits...
