-Provide stationery and necessary supplies for departments.
-Synthesize, store and manage information.
-Carry out the work of supervising the cleaning and decoration of the workplace of departments to ensure the image of the business.

-Perform other tasks assigned by superiors
2.Recruitment (50%)
-Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
-Prepare recruitment documents and post recruitment on relevant websites.
-Sourcing and recruiting candidates using databases and social media.
-Screen candidate profiles and job applications.
-Conduct interviews using various reliable recruitment and selection tools/methods to screen candidates on schedule.
-Assess candidates' relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience and aptitude.
3.Other tasks (10%)
-Assist in communicating and explaining organizational charts, and contribute to the development of policies.
