RESPONSIBILITIES
ㆍManagement of salary/withholding tax/year-end tax adjustment
ㆍApplication and management of government subsidy
ㆍOverall human resources work
ㆍRecruiting & Staffing: Manage the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
ㆍPrepare all HR legal documents such as staff confirmation letter, labor contract, appendix to labor contract, decision, etc...
ㆍFollow up, monitor staff probation/labor contract due date to ensure proper arrangement before the expiry date required by Laws.
ㆍAssist to develop and implement company policies, handbooks, working procedures, etc
ㆍFollow Job fair, Seminar any event related to recruitment & start-up
ㆍContact to suppliers, purchase office equipment and stationeries
ㆍReport, policy & process: Prepare report in an accurate & timely manner, provide guidance/advice to employees on relevant policy & process implementation
ㆍFollow up and contribute to continuous improvement the company policies & procedures for assets management, ensure office facility under good condition and well utilized
ㆍThose who are proficient in issuing foreign visas and related work
PREFERABLE
ㆍExperienced in company’s HR management with more than 50 employees
ㆍExperienced with recruitment process of IT position/area
ㆍ1+ year experience in the same position is an advantage
ㆍ3~5 years of experience
ㆍSalary is negotiated at interview
