Job Description

Tasks and duties:
- Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives;
meeting with managers to discuss recruitment needs for all department.
- Build applicant sources by inquiry and contacting recruitment agencies,
internet sites
- Arrange the interview for applicants
- Manage the training program schedule and inform new employees about the time
of training, location and content of the training.
- Update the job descriptions and job requirements based on the long term goals and
the needs of the organization
- Handle HR tasks such as updating staff leave, staff attendance
- Prepare employee cards, open bank account for new employees
- Document human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
- Compile reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
- Process incoming mail
- Maintain computer system by entering and updating data
- Maintain calendars of HR management team
- Other tasks required by the manager.
Requirements:
- Good command in English (both written and spoken)
- Must be good at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills
