Processing
- Coordinate and manage daily activities in the accounting department;
- Maintain the accounting information system and ensure its reliability;
- Manage, check and approve the work of accounting staff to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and book management in all accounting areas: payroll, collection notices, liabilities, assets fixed, inventory, petty cash, consolidation and other support activities;
- Prepare monthly financial forecast reports including profit and loss reports, balance sheet, cash flow, cost analysis...;
- Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including forecasts and detailed financial analysis for the board of directors, auditors, and banks;
- Organize, manage and monitor payables and receivables;
- Manage year-end external audits and calculate tax payments according to company or local government requirements;
- Manage, train and develop accounting staff to ensure employees fulfill assigned responsibilities and determine employee advancement potential; - Support the Chief Accountant to perform a number of other tasks;
- Report to Chief Accountant and Finance Director.
