- Gather purchase and sale invoices. Accounting in the software is timely, complete and accurate according to accounts and items according to the provisions of accounting standards and regulations of tax authorities.
- Enter revenue and expenditure documents, accounting operations to record expenses and debts into the tax accounting software system
- Print, submit, sign and store all accounting documents: Receipts, payment slips, other professional documents related to tax accounting books.
- Monitor, check and collect output and input taxes and prepare periodic tax reports according to tax authority regulations.
- Review data and documents. Closing financial reports by month, quarter, and year under the direction of the chief accountant and the Board of Directors.
- Store all purchase and sale contracts according to data in tax accounting books.
- All data entry work, tax reporting, and financial reporting
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Chief Accountant and the Company's Board of Directors.
