Electric motorcycle production segment:
- Install electric motorcycles according to design drawings. Fix errors to complete the product
- Proposing solutions for electric motorcycle products to increasingly improve product quality and durability in the market
-Operating, maintaining and repairing the factory's automatic system
- Perform inspection and maintenance work for machinery and equipment of the factory
- Check, evaluate and handle related technical problems
- Proposing timely tools for the Board of Directors to approve to achieve the production schedule
Other tasks assigned by the Production Manager or the Board of Directors: Processing, installing, inspecting spare parts/equipment as required, complying with safety and quality regulations…
Request:
- Ability to continuously research, learn and operate new products.
- Have good planning, organization and execution skills
- Ability to learn, detect errors, explore and repair broken equipment.
- Careful, thoughtful, meticulous, disciplined, responsible and proactive at work.
Right:
- Total income: Basic salary + Allowance + ESOP bonus
- Basic salary from 7-10 million VND
- Monthly allowance 50000 VND - 1,000,000 VND
- Holiday and New Year regime according to state regulations.
- Policy to consider salary increase every 3 months.
- Quarterly bonus policy according to ESOP fund. (% of company revenue)
- Working time: From Monday to Saturday (8h to 17h30). 1 and a half hour lunch break.
- Allowance for lunch at the company
