Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Plan and implement the tasks of the reception department.
  • Organize work assignment for employees in the department.
  • Regularly check the attire, behavior and working attitude of employees in the department
  • Urging, inspecting, monitoring and evaluating the performance of employees in the department.
  • Support staff in the department to handle difficult requests and customer complaints that junior staff cannot resolve. Guide employees to solve similar problems.
  • Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.
  • Exchange added in the interview.

  • Proficient in office.
  • Proficient in English (Can communicate at least)
