I. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Management and development of human resources & sales team.
- Planning, monitoring and responsible for business strategy
- Training, coaching, consulting support and orientation for personnel
- Report and plan monthly work to Sales Director
- Guide and help team members to do their work
II. REQUEST
- More than 1 year of management experience in any industry,
- Candidates with experience in finance, business administration, human resource management, securities, insurance is an advantage.
- Agile, progressive, proactive, responsible, hardworking, have a desire to develop to higher positions in the company.
- Hardworking, honest, enthusiastic, dynamic, and responsible for work
- Able to work independently and in a team, able to work under pressure
- Participating in full training courses as required by the company
