Main tasks:
- Receive and process customer requests.
- Manage and receive table reservations via phone, website and social networking sites.
- Enter table reservation data and daily feedback.
- Manage, collect and process customer data to standardize customer care processes and devise effective strategies.
- Coordinate and support customer events.
- Grasp customer psychology and coordinate with the marketing team to have proposals for communication plans in the future.
- Proactively list and contact customers and partners for holidays and prepare gifts for special occasions.
- Prepare month-end reports as requested by superiors and the Board of Directors.

Job requirements
- No experience required, will be properly trained upon accepting the job, having work experience is an advantage.
- Careful, meticulous and responsible at work.
- Know how to arrange work properly.
- Communicate fluently in English and Vietnamese.
- Fluent voice, no lisp, no stuttering.
- Have good office skills, proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience in the service industry is an advantage.
