• Receive customer list and research customer needs.
• Categorize customers based on researched needs.
• Survey customers on classified lists by phone.
• Create a customer network through communication channels.
• Consulting, introducing services when customers need.
• Perform customer care, maintain and develop new customers based on available resources.
• Participate in skill training courses from basic to advanced.
