Specific tasks:
- Search and care for customers (new and old customers) interested in the company's products and projects.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with the quality of the Investor's products and services.
- Support the sales department to answer questions from customers buying real estate: questions about procedures, documents, sales policies, project information... to serve sales work.
- Coordinate with the procedures department to guide/respond to customer inquiries about: payment progress, payment notification/customer debt status.
- Coordinate with the Sales department to support customers in solving problems with the Investor and the company.
- Responsible for urging and coordinating with relevant departments/divisions to thoroughly handle customer complaints in accordance with the Company's prescribed procedures.
- Other tasks as requested by the Department Head and Board of Directors.

- Education level: College, University majoring in economics or related majors.
- Work experience: No experience required.
- Good communicated ability.
- Proficient in office information technology: Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
