- Call for care and use instructions for customers.

Request:- Intermediate or higher graduation.
- 6 months or more customer service experience
- Able to work under pressure, work rotating shifts according to management's arrangement.
- Good communication skills, quick problem solving;
- Confident, gentle, fluent voice, no stuttering, lisp;
- Quick learning about product technology and features;
- Calm, dedicated to customers.
- Have a personal laptop
Right: - Income: 8,000,000. VND - 8,50000 VND/month + 13th month salary - Probationary salary = official salary

Working time: 6 days/week (Holiday is optional in the middle of the week and works on Sunday)
Working time of the day: Rotating shift- Administrative shift: 8:00 - 17:30 (lunch break from 12:00 - 13:30)
- Broken shift: 12h00 - 21h30
- Afternoon: 12:00 - 16:00 (Working at the company)
- Evening: 17:30 - 21:30 (Work from home)
