Job duties
- Ensure, urge customers to pay on time to avoid late fees
- Data is available, the system automatically calls
- Call reminding customers about the amount of loan payment
- Follow up and urge customers to pay on time as promised Reminder of overdue payment fee
- Instructing customers to pay at support locations
- Participate in performing other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
