SERVICE ADVISOR AT CAR GARAGE
REQUEST:
• Graduated with a major in automotive engineering. Priority is given to people with additional qualifications or extensive knowledge of the automobile market;
• Proficient in office
• Have at least 02 years of experience working in a similar position;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Have a working spirit with high responsibility, pressure tolerance, and advancement;
• Communication skills, situation handling and customer care;
• Ability to create business strategies, implementation plans and manage teams.
• Have a driver's license
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Receive repair requests, determine customer needs; Perform inspection and diagnostic work; Advise customers on vehicle problems
• Estimate repair costs, vehicle delivery time and notify customers of the vehicle repair process;
• Prepare repair orders accurately according to customer requirements and reality;
• Inform customers about work progress and cost changes during the repair process;
• Monitor and ensure repair quality and customer satisfaction throughout the entire service process.
• Complete the vehicle payment procedures before transferring to the payment department.
• Consulting, supporting and disseminating vehicle product and technical information, synthesizing and reflecting customer feedback to the company.
• Maintain customer development to increase revenue and profits for individuals and departments.
• Coordinate closely with the spare parts department to ensure job completion
