Processing
- Responsible for the management, organization, operation, supervision and inspection of industrial catering kitchens.
Regularly meet with customers, negotiate and take measures to deal with problems arising in the kitchen, report to the Board of Directors and propose solutions.
- Check food hygiene and safety issues in the kitchen.
Combined with the sales department to survey the works: assess the conditions to be able to set up the kitchen area, campus, electricity, water, gas, ventilation, ...
