- Building tools, documents to analyze customer objects and digital advertising forms that reach customers.
- Managing activities related to digital advertising, ensuring the effectiveness in conveying brand awareness and interacting with customers.
- Effectively deploy advertising on many formats such as Search Ads, Display Ads, Online Video, Online TV, Audio, Social Media, etc.
- Build KPIs to measure performance through metrics: clicks, impressions, click-through rate (CTR), reach, video completion rate, etc.
- Planning content publishing (on Fb, Google, tiktok, SEO/SEM, email, ...) and digital advertising costs, ensuring flexibility and accuracy.
- Analyze metrics and evaluate campaign results: conversion rate, ad attribution sales, return on ad spend (ROAS), return on investment (ROI), cost of investment sales (ACOS), sales from new customers to the brand.
