- Actively coordinate with other relevant departments to ensure progress and accuracy of documents
- Update legal documents on establishment and management of construction costs, unit prices of materials on the market and state unit prices
- Check and control the quality of cost estimates of other departments when required
- Make plans, synthesize reports, monitor and evaluate or compare cost estimates.
- Provide solutions on price, architectural and structural materials for each project
