Job Description

1. Develop and implement recruitment plan
a. Synthesize recruitment needs of the Departments, make recruitment plans and submit them to the Head of Department.
b. Post recruitment, receive, screen resumes and coordinate with the Head of Department to organize interviews, select suitable candidates according to the plan.
c. Send notices, draft labor contracts for successful candidates.
d. Prepare a report on evaluation of recruitment results and submit it to the Head of Department.
e. Guide and introduce new employees to the Company's human resource policies and regulations.
2. Develop and implement training and skill improvement plans
a. Summarize training needs and make training plans for each employee periodically and submit them to the Head of Department.
b. Proposing the selection of a training institution and directly contacting, coordinating and supervising training programs, improving qualifications and skills for employees and construction teams.
c. Monitoring and synthesizing training results, making evaluation reports on training results and submitting them to the Head of Department.
3. Operate the salary, bonus and other remuneration system in accordance with the Company's regulations
a. Summarize working days, calculate wages, bonuses and other remuneration regimes for employees and transfer them to the Accounting Department for inspection.
b. Monitor and update the employee's salary changes in the system.
c. Periodically synthesize information, analyze and propose adjustments to salary, bonus and remuneration in accordance with the labor market and actual conditions of the Company and submit it to the Head of Department for consideration.
d. Support with Head of Department to plan annual salary and submit to Director for approval.
