Job Description

  1. Perform administrative tasks:
    - Guide guests when they come to work at the company and notify relevant departments;
    - Follow up the booking of air tickets, hotel rooms, flowers, visa .. upon request from the Board of Directors and superiors;
    - Track the payment of monthly expenses: stationery, photocopiers, printer ink refills, telephones, office drinks...;
    - In charge of monitoring the purchase and sale of office supplies, office supplies and stationery; shopping for incense offerings;
    - Contact repair and service parties when there is a problem with office equipment or Internet services;
    - Contact the building management when there are jobs to be notified;
    - Monitor and manage office cleaning, reporting to superiors;
    - Follow up the logistical preparation of the meetings (meeting rooms, projectors, tea, fruit...) according to the meeting schedule of the departments, prepare documents if assigned;
    - Maintain records and documents of HR department;
    - Implement & work with superiors to guide the Departments in the company to strictly implement the processes, regulations and regulations related to Human Resources Administration
  2. Perform HR tasks:
    - Support the recruitment of personnel and related works; Implement and store records related to recruitment and human resource management, including: Personal Competency Profile, Interview Results, Competency Test Results and working records HRM;
    - Monitor working hours and the implementation of working rules of officers and employees in the Company; Participating in supporting tasks such as timekeeping, calculating monthly leave for employees;
    - Performing social insurance and health insurance work.
    - Drafting documents, maintaining personnel records for the whole company.
    - Assist in drafting documents related to human resource work such as announcements, official letters, proposals, reports, minutes, decisions, contracts, etc., according to actual work arising and at the request of employees. superior;
    - Support superiors in the development of personnel training plans by assessing the quality of personnel and the needs of the departments;
    - Support superiors in periodic human resource evaluation;
    - Support superiors in the company's periodic events and welfare programs (personal/company birthday parties, vacation programs, March 8th, Children's Tet program)
