1. Implement personnel recruitment activities
● Coordinate with department heads on recruitment needs to ensure that the Company's operation process does not have a shortage of personnel.
● Post jobs, connect with candidates through social networking platforms, recruitment sites, etc.
● Receive and filter applications, interview candidates according to the recruitment process.
● Coordinating the construction of a set of recruitment exams for each corresponding position.
● Summarize and develop a monthly HR plan.
2. Implement personnel training and development plan
● Develop a monthly staff development and training plan to improve the capacity of the company's current and new staff.
● Collaborate with department heads to develop training materials for each department.
● Contact and suggest training programs provided by other individuals, units or organizations.
● Arrange and organize periodic training sessions.
3. Monitor and manage the working process of personnel
● Monitor and perform work related to timekeeping, work schedule, and employee's leave schedule.
● Continually give instructions and supervise the implementation of policies and regulations, monitor violations, and draft other regulations at the request of the Board of Management of the Company.
● Monitor and perform tasks related to managing records, contracts and information of all employees.
● Regularly meet and discuss with employees to evaluate the level of completion and quality of work.
● Collect data and coordinate the development of the process of assessing the competence of employees.
● Coordinate with accounting department to handle issues related to social insurance and personal income tax if any arise.
● Perform other HR related tasks as directed by superiors.
4. Building a developed and sustainable corporate culture and environment
● Conceptualize, build and organize internal communication activities and events for the company, creating cohesion in the team.
● Editing and designing publications, documents, and internal communication manuals.
