Job details
- Receive and coordinate in checking quality documents from the CHCT Committee, including: Record of input test and acceptance; Minutes of construction works; Shop drawings; HC drawings; DVSD minutes; Construction diary; Quality progress reports; The field BBs… to summarize and submit the Advance Dossier, payment/settlement to the Investor;
- Support the Internal Affairs Committee in the external affairs with QS, KSKT, Investor's accounting… to push the signing of documents, payment and debt recovery
- Coordinating with the Corporate Affairs Department, business division, accounting department to transfer signed documents, issue invoices and collect debts
- Urging control to complete on schedule
- Prepare weekly and periodic work plans and reports as prescribed
- Perform other duties according to the functions and requirements of the Direct Manager
