Job description
1. Accounting:
- Assist the company in optimizing our transactions and financial systems by reconciling payments and customer accounts.
- Track and collect receivables by contacting customers by phone, email and mail
- Coordinate with the Bank to claim the Letter of Guarantee (if any).
- Perform daily cash management tasks, including recording bank deposits and recording cash in the accounts receivable sub-ledger.
- Communicate the difference to the management team, identify late paying customers.
- Upload and issue e-invoices before stock runs out.
- Manage data and work in the accounting system
2. Inventory control:
- Follow up Agent payment to confirm Delivery plan from Logistics department.
- Ensure that all inventory transaction details are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
- In charge of year-end inventory.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, at least 1-2 years of experience
- Good Chinese, prefer to know more English
- Agility, detail, good communication skills, good problem solving skills, good work organization
- Ability to work independently and under pressure;

1. Salary 20 million/month
