Introduce, advise and convince customers to use the product products/services of the Company.
- Building, maintaining and developing a network of potential customers and partners in the same industry and in many fields (directly or indirectly).
- Directly execute and sign contracts with Customers; service monitoring and acceptance.
- Support to receive and handle customer complaints about service and product quality to ensure customer satisfaction and reliability according to the correct process.
- Report to management levels on customer needs, problems and concerns; competitor activities and potential in developing business products/services.
- Participate in events and exhibitions to introduce the company's products and services
- Continuously update information about the service's policies and incentives for customers.
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly work reports.
-Perform other duties as requested by the department head.
