- Responsible for action planning and implementation of individual's annual/quarterly/monthly/weekly/day action plan to achieve assigned revenue and profit
- Planning to order the specifications, quality, types of wood and sales plan to ensure the sales target and customer coverage have been assigned.
- Responsible for going to market, finding potential customers. Taking care of and selling to old customers.
- Proposing promotions, discounts and other forms of customer support suitable to the customers they are in charge of in order to create the best conditions for sales.
- Monitor and report the volume, specification, quality, and types of wood used more or less of the customers in charge of the business team to the sales team leader to have a plan to buy and make goods according to market demand, customers reduce inventory, minimize costs.
- Monitor and be responsible for the revenue and debt of each customer in the area they manage
