Job description:
-Receive and respond to customer messages to the shop's fanpage, sales consulting, order closing, customer care
- Consulting promotions
- Use the company's platforms and software to manage work and orders
- Answering questions, receiving customer feedback and providing solutions
- Plan resale with old customers and up-sale with new and potential customers
- Send gifts to customers, partners
- And some other jobs requested by Leader.
Small requirement:
- Has a pleasant voice, good communication skills.
- Dynamic and creative in work.
- Honesty and ability to work in a team.
- College graduate is an advantage
