- Call to introduce and advise, answer customers' questions about the Company's products: navigation devices for cars, solutions related to transportation and vehicle monitoring.
- Coordinate closely with the Customer Care and Technical departments to support customers with warranty services and equipment repair during use when problems occur.
- Take care of old customers and build new customer sources.
- Perform other tasks as requested by direct management.
- Having experience selling GPS products and related products is an advantage
