1. Find and approach customers who directly need to use the company's products and services
2. Advise customers on interior products that suit their needs. Or the sales staff is responsible for connecting customers with the company's design department to solve some of the customers' other needs in design.
3. Give customers a general price list of the design and construction process so customers can grasp information and make decisions.
4. Negotiate and sign contracts with customers. Sales staff are responsible for helping customers understand the terms of the contract before signing.
5. Monitor the company's implementation process with customers to make timely comments and adjustments to ensure progress and quality committed to customers. At the same time, coordinate with the technical and accounting departments to ensure the company's settlement with customers
6. Synthesize work plans and reports weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly, scientifically and in accordance with business regulations.
7. Coordinate with other departments and divisions to implement the company's business strategies in the most effective way
8. Contribute ideas and develop business plans suitable for each specific stage.
