TICKET OFFICE SALES STAFF at Ha Noi - Ggs

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receive information from customers who need air tickets from the Marketing department.
• Check tickets, quote prices, do procedures: Book/reserve tickets according to customer's request.
• Monitor and manage bookings, remind customers about ticket issuance deadlines as well as notify customers about flight changes.
• Timely update price policies of airlines and new routes for consultation.
• Support other tasks related to the box office.

INCOME

Income: 9,000,000 - 15,000,000 VND/month

• 1-month probationary period: 100% of basic salary 6,000,000 VND + sales commission (Trial does not require overtime, does not include overtime)
• Official: Fixed salary 6,000,000 VND + Sales Bonus + Overtime salary
• Working time allowance:
• Working more than 6 months: + 500,000 VND in monthly salary
• Working over 12 months: + 500,000 VND in monthly salary + 1 additional day of leave.
• For every job over the next 6 months: + 500,000 VND in monthly salary, working for 12 months will add 1 day of leave.
• Overtime salary: 50,000 VND/h
• Monthly/quarterly/yearly sales bonus for employees with high work performance.

REMUNERATION

• 13th month salary bonus, social insurance and health insurance contributions, 12 days of leave per year and other benefits according to Company regulations.
• Consider salary increases every 6 months (Unexpected salary increases are possible if there are outstanding contributions that bring good results).

• Female, age 18 - 26 years old, unmarried.
• No qualifications or experience required, training from the beginning
• Have personal laptop.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
